Published rates are machine-only — the renter provides the operator. Operator services with Errol Kerr on board are available separately and quoted by the job (certified, insured, jobsite-tested).
Machines are picked up by the renter at the E Kerr LLC yard in Truckee, CA. We do not deliver. Bring a tow vehicle and trailer rated for the machine's operating weight (CAT 299D XHP ≈ 10,000 lb · JD 35G ≈ 7,710 lb) plus the attachment in tow.
4-hour minimum on the first day of any job. Hourly rates apply after that across continuous days of the same project.
E Kerr LLC carries general liability on the equipment. Planning the job? See excavation in Truckee for frost depth, the permit window and 811 notice, or snow removal in Truckee for winter work. For permitted work, hire a licensed general contractor — happy to refer you to Ruppert Inc. Project-specific insurance and permits billed at cost.
